Thanksgiving Berry Pie
Ingredients:
1 Tenderflake pie crust
4 cups frozen mixed berries
1 cup sugar
6 tbsp all-purpose flour
4 tbsp orange zest, finely minced
4 tbsp fresh orange juice
2 tbsp orange liqueur, optional
1 tbsp unsalted butter, chilled
Whipped cream
Vanilla ice cream
Method:
Bake empty Tenderflake pie crust as per package directions. Set aside to cool.

Preheat oven to 375.
In a large mixing bowl, combine frozen mixed berries, sugar, all-purpose flour, orange zest, orange juice and orange liqueur. Blend well. Fill cooked pie shell with fruit mixture. Dot the top with the unsalted butter. Cook 40 – 45 minutes, until bubbly and the pastry is golden. Remove and serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
