Drizzled Chocolate Country Tarts
Ingredients:
1 package Tenderflake Mini Tart Shells – 18/box
2 cups frozen whole strawberries
2 cups whipping cream
3 tsp icing sugar
2 tsp vanilla
Chocolate sauce to drizzle
Method:
Prepare Tenderflake Mini Tart Shells as per package directions. Using oven mitts, remove from oven, set aside and cool. Thaw frozen whole strawberries, and slice in half. In a medium bowl, with electric mixer, beat whipping cream, icing sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Divide the whipped cream mixture into the cooked and cooled mini tart shells. Top each tart with strawberries. Drizzle with chocolate sauce. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
