Grape Tart
Ingredients:
1 Tenderflake pie crust
1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
3 cups frozen grapes, thawed and sliced in half
¼ cup sugar
Icing sugar to decorate
Method:
Prepare Tenderflake pie crust as per package directions. Set aside and cool. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Spread in bottom of cooled pie crust. Arrange sliced grapes over the cream cheese mixture – keep the grapes as close together as possible. Chill until ready to serve. Dust with icing sugar before serving. This recipe can also be made using Tenderflake Tart Shells or Mini Tart Shells.
