Chocolate Bunny Tart
Ingredients:
12 Tenderflake Tart Shells (1, 255g package)
1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
12 white jellybeans (with a pink center if possible)
12 large white mints
blue and pink small point decorating gels
Method:
As Easy as 1,2, 3
Step 1 – Bake
• Prepare Tenderflake Tart Shells as per package directions. Remove with oven mitts, and set aside to cool.
Step 2 - Mix
• Make the instant chocolate pudding mix as per package instructions in a large bowl and set aside
Step 3 – Decorate!
• Once thoroughly cooled evenly fill each of the Tart Shells with the chocolate pudding and allow to slightly firm up
• Just before serving, place a large white mint into the chocolate pudding
• Carefully slice the jelly beans in half lengthwise and place each jelly bean halve on top of each side of the mint to create the ears
• Using the decorating gel create your very own ‘Easter Bunny” face on the mint
• Serve on a platter decorated with mini Easter eggs
