Lemon Bouquet Tart
Ingredients:
12 Tenderflake Tart Shells (1, 255g package)
1 package lemon pie filling*
Lemon zest (to taste)
48 small assorted gum drops
green small point decorating gel
Tube white / or coloured icing
* pie filing can be substituted with vanilla pudding
Method:
As Easy as 1,2, 3
Step 1 – Bake
• Prepare Tenderflake Tart Shells as per package directions. Remove with oven mitts, and set aside to cool.
Step 2 - Mix
• Make the lemon pie filling mix as per package instructions in a large bowl
• Stir in lemon zest and let stand
Step 3 – Decorate!
• Once thoroughly cooled evenly fill each of the Tart Shells with the lemon pie filling and allow to slightly firm up
• Just before serving shape / mold 4 gum drops (with your fingers) to form flower petals and place onto the top of each tart
• Add a stem and leaf with decorating gel
• Place a small dollop of white icing into the centre of each flower
• Serve to family and friends
