Easter Egg Tarts

Ingredients:

12 Tenderflake Tart Shells (1, 255g package)
1 package instant chocolate cake mix
Pink icing
White, blue and purple small point decorating gels

Method:

As Easy as 1,2, 3
Step 1 - Mix
• Prepare the chocolate cake mix as per package instructions in a large bowl
Step 2 – Bake
• Spoon the cake mix evenly into each Tenderflake Tart, just below full
• Bake the filled Tart Shells as per package instructions
• While baking the cake mix will rise to form the Easter Egg
• Cool thoroughly
Step 3 – Decorate!
• Once cooled spread the icing onto the Easter Egg tops
• Decorate with gels, shapes, etc – use your imagination
• Serve in an Easter basket to family and friends
