Mini Easter Egg Baskets

Ingredients:
|
18 Tenderflake Mini Tart Shells (1, 255g package)
1 package chocolate brownie mix
54 small chocolate filled Easter eggs
18 pieces of 2 thin licorice strands together
Tube of white /or coloured icing

Method:

As Easy as 1,2, 3
Step 1 - Mix
• Prepare the chocolate brownie mix as per package instructions in a large bowl
Step 2 – Bake
• Spoon the brownie mix evenly into each Tenderflake Mini Tart, until1/2 filled
• Bake the filled Mini Tart Shells as per package instructions
• While baking the brownie mix will rise slightly
• Cool thoroughly
Step 3 – Decorate!
• Once cooled place the Easter eggs onto the formed brownie tops
• Decorate with icing around the eggs
• Carefully insert the licorice strands into each of the tarts to create the basket handle
• Serve to kids as a great way to kick-off an Easter Egg hunt
