Vanilla Easter Pie
Ingredients:
1 Deep Dish Tenderflake Pie Crust
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
14 small assorted jelly beans
2 small white jelly beans
shaved coconut
2 large white mints
green decorating sprinkles
blue and pink small point decorating gels
Method:
As Easy as 1,2, 3
Step 1 – Bake
• Prepare Tenderflake Pie Shell as per package directions. Remove with oven mitts, and set aside to cool.
Step 2 – Mix
• Make the instant vanilla pudding mix as per package instructions in a large bowl and set aside.
Step 3 – Decorate!
• Once thoroughly cooled fill the Pie Shell with the vanilla pudding and place the filled pie aside to slightly firm
• Just before serving place the 2 large white mint into the vanilla pudding and white jelly beans cut lengthwise for the ears
• Add faces to the 2 rabbits and green sprinkles for grass
• Place assorted jelly beans and sprinkle shaved coconut around the outer edge of the pie
• Serve on a platter to family and friends
