Vanilla Dreidel Tart

Ingredients:
|
12 Tenderflake Tart Shells (1, 255g package)
1 pkg (250g) white cake mix
1/2 tub (225g) vanilla frosting (3/4 cup)
6 - 8 blue fruit chews (15.6g ea)
3 – 4 white fruit chews (15.6g ea)
Printed dreidel template from Tenderflake website
Blue decorating sprinkles or royal blue decorating frosting in convenience tube fitted w/ smallest round piping tip (or royal blue decorating gel frosting in convenience tube)

Method:

Step 1 – Mix
• Prepare the white cake mix as per package instructions in a medium bowl
Step 2 – Bake
• Spoon the cake mixture evenly into 12 Tenderflake Tart Shell, just below full.
• Bake the filled Tenderflake Tart Shells as per cake mix instructions for 12 cupcakes.
• Cool thoroughly
Step 3 – Decorate!
• Once cooled, frost the top of each tart.
• Place a blue fruit chew between two sheets of plastic wrap and roll out till 1/8” thick. Cut out template for the dreidel and place onto rolled fruit chew. Outline with the tip of a small knife. Using tracing marks cut the dreidel out with small pointy scissors and press onto tart.
• Repeat above step for white fruit chews and place side-by-side on waxed paper. (Makes 24 dreidel sides.)
• Using a bit of frosting, attach two faces to blue dreidel on tart and press.
• Follow template for Hebrew script, using blue sprinkles secured with a bit of vanilla frosting or royal blue frosting piped thru round tip.
• Arrange on platter and serve to your Hanukkah guests.
